I was really looking forward to my stay, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. While the location was convenient for walking to the beach and restaurants, the rooms felt tired and lacked privacy. The service was decent, but the overall value for money was disappointing, especially considering the issues with the dining experience and the outdated facilities.

Rooms

The rooms had a strong bleach smell and felt dusty and unclean. They were cramped and lacked basic furniture, making it hard to store our belongings. Unfortunately, the overall condition felt quite tired and in need of refurbishment.
Service
5.0
The service was okay, but not overly friendly or accommodating. We faced some issues with stair access and maintenance that could have been handled better.
Location

The location was one of the highlights, as it was within easy walking distance to the town and beaches, making it quite convenient for exploring.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. It didn't meet our expectations and as a result, we ended up eating out instead.
Facilities

The facilities felt outdated, and while the pool was cute, it was quite small and frequently in the shade. Overall, it didn't provide the relaxing experience I hoped for.

We had a lovely stay at this resort with its beautiful Bali theme and well-maintained pools. While the location is superb, just a short walk to the beach and marina, there are some downsides like limited towels and lack of cleaning services. Overall, it's a great spot but could improve on service and amenities.

I had high hopes for our stay at this hotel based on its advertising, but the reality didn't quite match up. While the location was fantastic, and the rooms were clean, they felt dated and dim. The lack of privacy in some areas was a major letdown, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was a mixed experience; some aspects were enjoyable, but others really fell short of expectations.

The resort boasts an excellent location with beautiful tropical surroundings and is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. While the communal areas are great for socializing, I found the rooms to be quite dated and in need of some refurbishment. The dining options could use improvement as the breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, it's a pleasant place, but management needs to step up their game to fully realize its potential.

Rooms

The rooms were clean but felt quite tired, and the bathrooms could definitely use an update. Although they overlooked the pool, I found them a bit dark and lacking some essential amenities.
Service

The resort is beautifully set in a tropical oasis, just a short walk from the vibrant Main Street of Port Douglas, which is packed with cafes and shops. My room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue in the second stay I experienced. While the friendly staff made my visit enjoyable, the spa amenities didn't live up to the expectations. Overall, the location and ambiance make it worth considering, though it has some areas in need of improvement.

Rooms

In my first stay, the room was tidy and had a lovely view of lush greenery, but during my second visit, the cleanliness was lacking, and the decor felt outdated.
